7. Competition Venue : 3 tennis court in the hall – surface Top Slide (blue) !!!

9. Kinds of events : Doubles for men and Doubles for women

Singles for men and Singles for women

Singles for men 40+ and Doubles for men 40+

Junior singles(below 16, together girls and boys, 2006 and younger)

Mixed doubles , Men’s Teams , Women’s Teams

10. Schedule of the event :

September 11 (Sunday) - Arrival at Warsaw. Transfer to the hotel

September 12 (Monday) - Opening ceremony (9:00)

Singles for men and Singles for women

Singles for men 40+ and Junior Singles

September 13 (Tuesday) - Doubles for men and Doubles for women

Doubles for men 40+

Mixed Doubles

September 14 (Wednesday) - Final of singles, doubles and mixed doubles

Closing ceremony (14:00)

Sightseeing

September 15 (Friday) - Transfer to the airport. Departure from Warsaw

Transfer by bus to the Czech Republic

11.Egibility :

Participating players shall be those who have been approved by those respective national soft

tennis association and federations which are invited to participate in the event and those invited by the

host organization.

All ISTF member countries are invited to enter.

12. Entry :

Entries for competitions shall be made for players recommended by the invited national

associations or federations and be applied by the respective national associations or

federations.There will be no limit for number of players and not even for the team leaders.

Total entry fee shall be 65 EUR/per person/ per day, including hotel, 3 meals per day, airport pick

up, tour by bus and local transportation.

Participants can arrange hotel, meals, transportation on their own, but they must pays 70 EUR

participation in the tournament. Inform organizers, please.

The payments shall be made ONLY in cash(EUR).

Acceptance of invitation shall be made electronic way ( tomasz-matuszelanski@wp.pl ) Entries by

name of players shall be made the same way before 1 August 2022. Late entry shall not be

accepted.

13. Rules and regulations for competitions :

Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the effective Rules of Soft Tennis of ISTF.

The official language shall be English, Korean and French.

A tournament system shall be applied for matches of doubles and singles.

Double matches shall be played by the best of nine games system and single matches shall be

played by the best of seven game system.

14. The Draw shall be decided in a fair manner by the Polish Soft Tennis Association.

15. Conditions for participation :

Participating team members of respective countries shall fulfill the conditions of respective items

as under mentioned.

- Players shall abide by the rules and regulations of ISTF and behave based on sportsmanship and

in orderly manner.

- Players shall observe directions of the host federation regarding their whereabouts and behaviors

during the terrm of the avent. In case of any of them need to behave otherwise than specified as

above, the player shall be oblige to submit the detailed information, such as schedule,

whereabouts and purpose of their travel or others, to the host

federation and obtain it's permission in advance.

- Uniforms, shoes and other attire to be used for competition shall be those made for Soft Tennis.

- Rackets to be used for competitions shall conform to the specifications specified in the Rules of

Soft Tennis of ISTF.

- Commercial displays on players uniforms are not limited.

16. Balls to be used shall be those produced by NAGASE KENKO.

17. Commendations :

The first, second and third place (2 paires/2 players) winners shall be commended by cups.

Additionally! Best 4 place in each category receive special prizes from sponsors. Every player will get

a diploma for certifying his participation.

18. Competition officials shall be designated by Polish Soft Tennis Association.

19. The official sponsors of the competitions shall be decided by Polish Soft Tennis Association.

21. Visas :

If citizens of your country need visas, official invitation letters etc., do not hesitate to ask us for help,

please as soon as possible, so that we will manage to go through all the necessary procedures.
